GOOMCHY

• Booking a seat requires complete payment. Participants who have registered on the WhatsApp group will receive a comprehensive itinerary of the walk later. If necessary, the organizers reserve the right to change or modify the timetable. The right to cancel any event and receive a refund is owned by the organizers. We adhere closely to the no drugs, no drinking, and no littering policy.  
• Dear Adventurers, never forget that your finest hiking buddy is a pair of SHOES! Kindly wear trekkers SHOES. Verify if they are durable and sufficiently firm to endure challenging conditions. It is only when the trip is over that you can wear floaters. If you have any questions before the trek, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Goomchy  team.  
• Fitness & Health: Trekking is an enjoyable leisure activity, but it does require some level of physical fitness. Please remember to bring your medications if you are taking any. Leaders will carry over-the-counter medication for short-term relief during the walk, so please let them know if you require any medical attention.  Taking responsibility for your own health is entirely up to you. Goomchy disclaims any liability for any physical injury.  
• While trekking, avoid wearing expensive jewelry as Goomchy will not be held liable for any misplaced items.   
• It is not permissible to consume alcohol or any other type of alcoholic substance. It is not permitted to carry any form of prohibited material. It is strictly prohibited to smoke. Anyone caught to be smoking or drinking alcohol will be asked to leave the event without being given a refund.   

Cancellation Policy: 

• If phoned and mailed both at least 8 days before the event, a 75% refund will be granted. 
• If cancellation is made by phone and mail both, 5 days before the event, there will be a 50% refund. 
• If a cancellation is made fewer than 4 days before the event, there will be no reimbursement. 
• Event tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to an other date. 
• If you need to cancel, you can transfer your event tickets to another person.
•  We will not refund any part of the overall booking cost if any specific activity from the entire event package is canceled for any reason—natural, political, governmental, village-related, or otherwise.  
• If Event is canceled by us for any reason, we will only refund the "Event package Amount".
